Ambulances equipped with basic life-saving equipment and oxygen are available 24/7. Each ambulance is accompanied by a specialized nurse and trained driver. A doctor accompanies the patient if medically necessary. Advanced Cardiac Life Support Ambulances are available on call to transfer patients on ventilators and monitors, with an Anesthetist/Intensivist and nursing staff.

The pharmacy, located on the ground floor, wing C, offers prescribed drugs, over-the-counter medications, and daily essentials like diapers, paper towels, tissues, and soap. Reliable and affordable, it operates 24/7 to meet patient needs.

ATMs of leading banks are available 24/7 in the nearby South City 1 shopping arcade, close to Mayom Hospital. Debit and Credit Cards from all major banks are accepted for payments.

All patients receive a vegetarian diet tailored to their treatment plan, free of charge. Outside food is not permitted. A vegetarian kitchen on the third floor addresses dietary needs, with a dietician available for queries. International patients receive catering suited to their religious and taste preferences.
